Warranty Coverage
All remanufactured engines from US Engine Production come with our industry-leading warranty protection. We're confident in the quality of our work and want you to have peace of mind with your purchase.
Standard Warranty
12 months / 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) on all remanufactured engines. Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Protection
1-year, unlimited mileage warranty included with every remanufactured engine. No mileage caps — drive with confidence.
Commercial/Fleet Warranty
Special warranty terms available for commercial and fleet customers. Contact us for customized warranty packages.

- • Damage from improper installation
- • Damage from lack of maintenance or neglect
- • Damage from overheating or coolant system failure
- • External accessories not supplied by us
- • Consequential or incidental damages
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the engine within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Engine must be uninstalled and in original condition
- All original packaging and documentation included
- Return authorization (RMA) required before shipping
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Core Return Program
We offer a core return program to help offset the cost of your remanufactured engine. Return your old engine core and receive credit toward your purchase.
- Core must be complete and rebuildable
- 30 days to return core after receiving your engine
- Core credit varies by engine type and condition
- Free core pickup available in most areas
How to File a Warranty Claim

Get Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Resolution
We'll repair, replace, or refund your engine based on the warranty terms and the nature of the issue.
